Mike Walters sent me this!! The Logan Vocal Synth...delicious. Here's Matrixsynth's post today about this very machine up for auction as we speak...
Does anyone know more about this beauty? What does it sound like? What makes it a "vocal synth" per se? Does that just refer to its voices? Lovely....you all know by now (see here & here) how my ears perk when I hear "vocal synth" or vocoder".....

Logan Vocal synth (1978) made in Italy by LE Logan Electronics, Porto Recanati. Big and very heavy (35kg!!!) 61 key poly/mono multi-keyboard featuring three independent and layerable sections;

- Strings - essentially the same as in the contemporary Logan String-Melody
- 3-VCO mono-synth!
- Vocalist (polyphonic choir-synth)
