It is with one foot still planted ghost - like on Cardiff soil that I resurface here, in the LA studio, reeling from a few great gigs in London and gathering together final bits for the release of Pilfershire Lane later this month. As you can see from my writing, jetlag still has me firm in her jaws - however - let's join in the excitement about the shiny new SEM from Tom Oberheim!

A lovely fact to take away from this great bit of news is this (via Matrixsynth via alt-mode on the AH list):

"...- This is a labor of love. He isn't doing it for the money or to sell lots of them. It is likely that they will only be sold by one distributor that he is friends with. He doesn't want to have any employees so all of these will be assembled by Tom.

- Roger Linn can be credited as one of the people who bugged him enough to recreate the SEM. I think Tom has been toying this for awhile and the Barcelona event pushed him further."
